THE GREEN is a 47 HA residential estate featuring 5 gated over 55’s lifestyle communities, 4 premium residential estates, a contemporary
aged care facility and extensive commercial and recreational precincts.
Inspired by beautiful European villages of a bygone era, the Master planned estate is a collection of smaller, individual communities or ‘villages’ where residents can come together and engage with each other at a central village ‘common’ or park complete with its own clubhouse.

CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
Challenge – Significant environmental constraints.
Solution – ESQ provided an innovative and functional water quality outcome with no impact on the environment.
Challenge – The development consists of Unique features which are not available under any of the Australian traffic generation guidelines.
Solution – Traffic generation and impact was calculated from first principles.
Challenge – large external stormwater catchment with sensitive downstream environment
Solution – ESQ modelled a solution to negate impacts on both upstream and downstream properties or the state-controlled road network.
